Allied Powers: Russia, America, Britain, or the Axis Powers: Japan, Germany, Italy. Pick which game you want Standard, Free For All, and Blitzkrieg. Build government centers,Intelligence your agent force, upgrade Technology research, build Commercial Zones, Boot Camps, Factors, Research Labs. Put turns into Laws and Bills to help your moral and defense. Conduct covert operations using your spies on an enemy territory, bomb banks to assassinate leaders. Train paratroopers, infantry, and marines.
